Straight Outta BigLaw: Why Associates of Color Leave, and What You Can do About It
June 25, 2019
Los Angeles
This unique program will address the distressingly high number of racial minority attorneys who exit law firms early in their careers. It will explore potential solutions, with a specific focus on the challenges and opportunities for increasing retention of associates. The program will include research data and anecdotal information on the experience of associates of color, and hackathon-style break out groups exploring specific areas for improvement in how associates are developed, supported and advanced. The substantive program will be followed by a networking reception.
