The CMCP Women of Color Conference (WoCC) is a one-day, live event that seeks to bring together women attorneys of color to build a supportive community focused on advancing their careers, businesses, and overall well-being.

What is the CMCP Women of Color Conference?
The CMCP Women of Color Conference (WoCC) connects women business attorneys of color from across California to build community and advance their businesses, careers, and well-being.
Our CMCP signature event creates a unique space for women of color to connect during insightful panels and small-group breakouts specifically tailored for them. They learn from each other and develop and renew authentic business relationships to propel their careers.
Who Attends the Women of Color Conference?
Our past Women of Color conferences have drawn over 100 diverse attendees who self-identify as women who are African American, Asian American, Hispanic/Latina, MENA, Native American/Pacific Islander, and/or multiracial and their allies.
When is the Women of Color Conference?
The 2024 CMCP Women of Color Conference, April 16, 2024, at the Presidio in San Francisco.
This event is the second in-person gathering for our CMCP signature event for women of color business attorneys representing law firms and legal departments from across California.

Member Corporation/Public Agency: $150
Non-Member Law Firm: $425
Non-Member Corporation/Public Agency: $250
Registrations canceled on or before April 1, 2024, will receive a 75% refund.
Cancellations from April 2 to April 9, 2024, will receive a 50% refund.
Refunds are unavailable for cancellations on or after April 10, 2024.
A registration may be transferred to an individual of the same registration type for a $50 fee.
