A moderator-led panel discussion of in-house attorneys and outside counsel focused on strategies for how attorneys can champion/sell diversity both internally within their company or law firm and externally to clients or outside counsel. One of the goals of the program will be to discuss strategies for how attorneys can get their company or law firm to go beyond simply having a diversity mission statement and take steps to focus on, recruit, and promote diverse attorneys within their company or law firm.
