January 29, 2026, San Francisco, CA – The California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP) elected Lindsay Llewellyn, Chief Legal & Business Officer, Corporate Secretary at Lyft, to become a board member to support its mission to promote diversity in the legal profession by providing CMCP members with access and opportunities for business and professional development.
Lindsay Llewellyn is an experienced executive and strategic business advisor with a demonstrated passion for solving complex challenges at the intersection of law, policy, and brand. A founding member of Lyft’s legal team, Lindsay has a proven track record of guiding organizations through high-stakes growth, crisis management, and organizational change, while developing strong, high-performing teams. She also served a three year-term on the Board of Directors of The Bar Association of San Francisco, reflecting her deep commitment to the legal community. A strong believer that diversity is essential to building durable, strategic, and high-impact organizations, Lindsay is motivated to help advance inclusive leadership—particularly at a time when recent political shifts have threatened years of progress.
