Patent Litigation Associate/Senior Counsel (5+ years of experience)

Position Summary
Hanson Bridgett’s Intellectual Property Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate or Senior Counsel with at least 4 years of patent litigation experience. The position will focus on patent and trade secret litigation, and the candidate will also have the opportunity to work on other litigation matters including trademark, copyright and complex commercial disputes. The ideal candidate will have an established litigation skillset with experience in patent litigation and a technical degree is favored. Experience with trademark and copyright litigation a plus.
This is a hybrid position based out of San Francisco, Los Angeles, Sacramento, San Rafael or Walnut Creek. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $210,000 and $290,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role. Duties and Responsibilities
Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required.
