Position Summary
Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a Litigation Associate with a minimum of one year of civil litigation experience to join our Las Vegas, NV office.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range for this position is $125,000 – $150,000, commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include a focus on litigation of product liability, personal injury, and property damage, complex commercial litigation, and environmental matters.

Skills and Competencies
JD with excellent academic credentials
Minimum of one year of general civil litigation experience, including experience defending commercial disputes, personal injury lawsuits, and premises liability actions in State Court
Ability to manage cases from inception through trial, including preparation of pleadings, motions, and briefs, managing discovery, preparing for depositions, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing
Experience with Federal Court is a plus, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms
Excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner
Current NV Bar admission in good standing is required
