Position Summary
MSK is looking for a mid-level Labor and Employment Associate to join our Los Angeles team. We are a go-to L&E counsel for entertainment and media clients. Chambers USA calls our practice “highly recommended” for representing major studios, networks, and production companies. We’re actively growing and invite you to apply to our team!
You’ll work alongside more than 20 dedicated Labor & Employment attorneys who are experienced in traditional labor and wage & hour class actions to PAGA litigation and single-plaintiff employment disputes. You’ll get hands-on experience across the full spectrum of employment law.
Compensation & Growth: Salary range: $232,500 – $350,000, based on experience, skills, and knowledge Real career runway: join a practice group the firm is actively growing, with a track record of promoting talent from within

Duties and Responsibilities
What We’re Looking For:
Solid experience managing employment litigation, including both single-plaintiff and class action matters
Strong analytical and writing skills
A proactive, client-first approach to advising on employment matters
Outstanding academic credentials and genuine enthusiasm for employment law and litigation
Active California bar license
