This is the second in a series of programs to increase diversity of in-house counsel generally and in leadership positions. It specifically aims to support attorneys of color in their first five years working in-house (regardless of level in-house). The program series will achieve its objective through a combination of training, peer support and mentoring to secure attorneys in their current positions and improve their career outcomes.

The second session will focus on identifying the opportunities and steps needed for 360-degree relationship management. Topics will include key skills and knowledge needed for managing staff and attorneys, “managing up,” and working with stakeholders and peers.
