About the Role:
Our California offices are expanding. We are seeking litigation associates to join our Team. The ideal candidate will work on a diverse range of Transportation cases, including Automobile and Trucking, Catastrophic Injuries and Insurance Fraud/SIU cases. The candidate will work closely with senior associates and partners daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation and discovery to trial presentation—focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals. We seek candidates who are eager to learn, highly self-motivated, and interested in long-term professional growth.
Responsibilities:
• Attending Court hearing, managing discovery, including propounding and responding to discovery, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Proactively managing communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
• Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements.

Requirements:
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active membership in the California State Bar and in good standing.
• The ideal candidate should have 1 + years of personal injury experience. • Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written with a capacity to be a proactive team player.
• The candidate must have strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Company Offers:
• Salary starting at $110,000 – $170,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
