Position Summary
We’re searching for someone who wants to help grow our company’s impact and reach through coaching high performing lawyers and facilitating transformative workshops. An exceptional individual who embodies leadership, passion, and expertise. This person will work directly with our CEO to expand our company’s services and create a transformative impact on the legal industry and beyond.
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate coaching programs and workshops, inspiring individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
Collaborate with the CEO to drive business growth through improving our operations and expanding our influence in the legal industry.
Represent Krishtel as a speaker and thought leader at industry events and conferences.
Build and nurture strategic relationships to grow our impact.
Contribute to our mission of fostering well-being, collective engagement, and transformation within the legal community.
Select, interview, and train candidates for coaching positions, ensuring alignment with Krishtel’s vision and values.
Guide the creation of program content, including strategy, curriculum design, and delivery.
Design and deliver impactful coaching programs, workshops, and speaking engagements.
Write articles that highlight key leadership, collective engagement, and mindfulness topics.
Qualifications and Prior Experience
Legal Expertise: Current or former law firm partner or senior in-house attorney with strong relationships across the legal industry.
Natural Leader: A certified coach, facilitator, and inspiring leader who understands leadership, business growth, collective engagement, and well-being.
Speaker & Connector: Growing comfort speaking to both small and large audiences, with a passion for building and nurturing relationships.
Mindfulness & Growth Advocate: Deep experience with mindfulness, yoga, or both, and a love for personal and professional transformation.
Impact-Driven: Committed to creating meaningful change and scaling impact to support thousands of professionals.
Travel Capacity: Willing to travel 3x times a month nationally and 1-2x a quarter internationally.
