Upgrading the Track: Forging a Path to Success For Minority Attorneys
February 4, 2020,5:30 pm - 8:00 pm
Minority attorneys continue to depart law firms at a higher rate than those in the majority and continue to be substantially underrepresented at the partnership level. With the continued demands of clients and other organizations to improve diversity, law firms need to embrace new and creative solutions. In this CMCP event hosted by Holland & Knight, participants will engage in an interactive workshop to brainstorm and develop 21st century solutions to specific diversity challenges and pitch their solutions to CMCP.
