Position Summary
The San Francisco office of Fisher Phillips seeks to hire a mid-level associate with 3-6 years of Labor Relations experience to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow a practice under the mentorship of talented partners.

The ideal candidate will have contract administration and enforcement experience, including grievance arbitrations. Prior experience defending against unfair labor practice charges before the National Labor Relations Board is preferred. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong research and writing skills, and an ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Admission to the California Bar is required. Relocation assistance available.

The yearly salary range for this position is $200,000 – $250,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
