Position Summary
Miller Starr Regalia is seeking a junior or mid-level associate attorney to join our busy transactional practice in Walnut Creek.

Duties and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of direct experience negotiating, documenting and managing complex transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions & dispositions and title and due diligence review. California bar required. The projected annual salary range for this role is $160,000 – $210,000. Actual compensation will depend on various factors, including relevant skills and experience. Salary is one piece of Miller Starr Regalia’s total compensation package, which may also include firm-sponsored benefits and bonuses. EOE.

Skills and Competencies
Ability to negotiate, document and manage complex real estate transactions.

Qualifications and Prior Experience
2 – 5 years experience with commercial leasing, acquisitions & dispositions, title and due diligence review.
