Hanson Bridgett’s IP Practice Group is seeking an associate or senior counsel with 4-8 years of experience and at least three years of trademark prosecution and litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with trademark prosecution (domestic and international), clearance, counseling, enforcement, and litigation experience in federal court and before the TTAB. Advertising, sweepstakes and promotions experience, as well as patent and trade secret litigation, copyright and other intellectual-property experience, is a plus. While the position focuses on trademark (and to a lesser degree copyright) matters, the attorney will also have opportunities to work on patent and trade secret litigation, as well as other intellectual-property matters. This position may be based in any of Hanson Bridgett’s five offices with the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner.

Ideal candidates will have a distinguished academic background and impeccable references. CA Bar required. Strong research, writing and communication skills, high level of analytical skills as well as excellent and highly adaptable communication skills are required.
