Atheria Law is seeking a paralegal to join the firm in San Francisco or Los Angeles in our Technology, Media & Privacy practice group. The team represents insurers issuing policies covering technology, data breach/cyber and privacy risks, among others. The issues are interesting, cutting edge and complex. Our clients are forward-thinking innovators who value the top notch legal services we provide to them, and the relationships we help manage with their policyholders and brokers. Insurance coverage experience is not required- we will train you if you come ready to learn and develop with our team!

Duties and Responsibilities:
The billable hour requirement for paralegals is 1200 hours per year.
Skills and Competencies:
We are looking for paralegal candidates with the following qualifications/skills:
• Paralegal associates degree or other relevant certification
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications, including Excel and Word
• Legal research skills and familiarity with court dockets, rules and procedures
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organizational skills
