Job Description:
Seeking midlevel associates with 3-6 years of law firm experience to join our Tax practice. The successful applicant must have experience representing public and private companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate funds, portfolio companies, and alternative investment vehicles in the tax aspects of fund formations, limited partner investments, and complex business transactions. They must also possess strong deal management, drafting, communication, negotiation and analytical skills. The candidate must demonstrate a long-term commitment to our practice and have a California bar membership.
