Position Summary
Allen Matkins is seeking a tax associate with 3-5 years of diversified transactional tax experience. Ideal candidates will have:
• Experience in partnership, real estate and/or corporate work.
• Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Am Law 200 law firm experience preferred.
• A high level of academic achievement.
• An LL.M. is helpful but not required.
• Admission to the State Bar of California.
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $215,000 to $230,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.
