Position Summary
The Business Section is seeking a tax associate with 2-3 years of tax experience to join the expanding Tax Practice Group. We prefer candidates who have experience handling a broad variety of federal, state and local tax matters. Ideally, a candidate would have experience with startup tax issues, including qualified small business stock. Knowledge of general corporate law and M&A transactions is beneficial. Tax LL.M. preferred. We offer the ability to work remotely in an agile (hybrid) manner from within California. The annual base compensation range for this California position is between $180,000 and $190,000. Placement within the salary range depends upon a number of factors including, but not limited to years of experience and professional skills required for this role.
