Senior Level Attorney With Experience Working on the Defense of Non-Asbestos Toxic Tort Matters

We are seeking a motivated senior level attorney to work on the defense of non-asbestos toxic tort matters. Some experience handling toxic tort/product liability cases is preferred. We offer fully remote or hybrid work options from our offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. Applicants must reside in California and be available to make in-person appearances as needed. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
The annual base salary for this position starts at $175,000 – $200,000 (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm. The exact amount of salary for this position is dependent on a variety of factors). In addition to base salary, Walsworth offers an additional bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $30,000+, paid sick time, paid parental leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ideal candidates can work independently without supervision, and will have significant experience managing/supervising cases, conducting discovery, taking/defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and preparing cases for trial.
