Position Summary:

As a Senior Legal Project Manager you’ll be working closely with the management of the Discovery, Litigation and Legal Investigations Support teams to plan, launch, and report on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives across the Legal Department. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders throughout the Legal department and various other parts of the Company including Product and Engineering teams where applicable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Work with Discovery, Litigation and Legal Investigations Support leadership to define, launch, and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Structure and lead execution of initiatives; develop implementation plans, communication plans, and provide overall project management leadership to successfully drive projects to completion.
  • Develop strong relationships with working group leaders to ensure programs and communications remain aligned with Legal’s priorities and outcomes.
  • Facilitate key decision making while also managing timelines.
  • Influence a broad range of stakeholders including executives.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in leading complex strategic legal projects across teams.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Background in consulting or legal operations with project management experience.
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial approach to recognizing needs, solving problems, anticipating issues, and developing solutions; excellent business judgment and strategic thinking.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to meet important deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills and a commitment to professionalism and collegiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present to senior executives.
