Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice has an opportunity for a highly- driven Real Estate Litigation Associate with a minimum of three years of real estate litigation experience to join our Walnut Creek, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will have experience working on real estate litigation, including but not limited to lot line disputes and easements, and will have the ability to draft pleadings and briefs, manage the discovery and deposition process, conduct legal research, analysis, and writing, and prepare materials for client communications. Collections and unlawful detainer experience, and/or experience with employment litigation is preferred, but not required. Candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and Westlaw, have excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner. CA Bar admission is required.
