Atheria Law PC is seeking a junior attorney (2-4 years post admission) to join us in San Francisco as part of our Professional Liability practice group. Our team represents the insurers of professional service firms, including many of the world’s largest architecture/engineering firms and law firms, in connection with claims submitted under professional liability policies. Our insurer clients are forward-thinking innovators who value the unique legal services we provide to them, their policyholders, and brokers. The role combines analyzing insurance coverage, navigating complicated technical and factual issues, developing and executing resolution strategies in concert with in-house and outside counsel retained by policyholders, and advising our clients during the entire life cycle of an insurance claim.

The position requires the active management of a 100+ matter case list and the ability to focus on matters of significance. We emphasize that this is not a litigation position.

• Attention to detail


Insurance coverage experience is not required. Likewise, litigation experience or familiarity with professional liability disputes is not required. However, any such experience would be viewed favorably.
