Position Summary
Our Oakland office has an immediate opening for a Mass Tort & Product Liability Attorney/Counsel with at least five years of experience with all stages of asbestos-specific litigation. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing, and Transportation business unit.

Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must have an active California bar license or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
