The Davis Wang Law Firm is a woman and minority-owned boutique employment law and litigation firm based in San Francisco’s financial district. We are expanding our firm and are looking for a litigation attorney with trial experience who wants a diversified practice including employment, fair housing and complex business and personal injury litigation. At Davis Wang, you will have the opportunity to work both with our experienced litigation and trial attorneys, and to manage your own clients and cases in a dynamic and team-oriented environment. We provide flexible work schedules and allow telecommuting/working from home, but candidates will be expected to spend some time working in the office. We provide professional development paths to motivated and results-oriented litigators.

Position Summary:

Our litigation practice includes the defense of complex employment class and PAGA actions, multiple and single plaintiff actions in state and federal court involving claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, trade secret misappropriation, defamation, invasion of privacy, emotional distress, breach of contract, as well as claims for unpaid wages and missed meal and rest breaks, wage statement violations, among other wage and hour claims. Davis Wang attorneys also defend complex business disputes, ranging from claims of breach of contract, corporate and securities fraud, business torts, unfair competition, and consumer claims, to suits involving intellectual property, professional negligence, and complex personal injury cases involving wrongful death.

Duties and Responsibilities:

If you are licensed to practice in California, have at least seven (7) years of experience in litigation, and are interested in learning more about joining the Davis Wang team, we invite you to submit your resume and a writing sample.
