Position Summary
Miller Starr Regalia, a real property transactional, land use and litigation law firm, with offices in Walnut Creek, San Francisco and Newport Beach, is recruiting for a litigation associate with 2-5 years of proven litigation experience for its Walnut Creek office.

Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates must possess excellent oral and written advocacy skills, have demonstrated experience in depositions, drafting and arguing motions and trial-related briefs, be detail oriented and possess superior organizational skills and the ability to handle litigation matters independently. Experience in sophisticated commercial litigation involving real property is preferred, but not required.

Skills and Competencies
Oral advocacy skills to argue motions; proficient legal research and writing skills in connection with drafting legal memoranda and briefs.

Qualifications and Prior Experience
2 – 5 years litigation experience.
