Position Summary:

Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire highly qualified midlevel associates with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Labor & Employment Practice Group – Labor Management Relations, in our Los Angeles, Century City, Chicago or Philadelphia offices.

The successful applicant must:
•Have significant experience advising employers with regard to federal and state labor laws, including compliance advice, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, cases before the National Labor Relations Board and related Federal and State Court litigation.
•Have experience with complex labor cases involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sales, strikes, decertifications, plant closings, and relocations are a plus.
•Bar membership in the state in which you are applying is required.
