Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Labor Management Relations practice in our Century City or Los Angeles office.
Seeking midlevel associate to join the labor management relations team within our global labor and employment practice. The successful applicant must have significant experience advising employers with regard to federal and state labor laws, including compliance advice, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, ULP and R cases before the National Labor Relations Board and related Federal and State Court litigation. Experience with complex labor cases involving mergers and acquisitions (M&A), sales, strikes, certifications, decertifications, plant closings, relocations, and CBA analysis is a plus. An active California bar membership is required.
