– Have a minimum of three years of experience in employment litigation, including running single-plaintiff cases, working on wage and hour class-action lawsuits, briefing motions, handling discovery, depositions and oral arguments, and counseling clients with respect to employment issues.
– Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong research, organization, writing, and analytical skills.
– Be a member of the California bar (required).
