Labor & Employment Associate

Position Summary:

We have an immediate opening in Los Angeles, Oakland, or our virtual office, The Link, for a Labor & Employment Associate with four to seven years of experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This experience would include both litigation and counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues. The ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate that they have litigated various employment issues, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment claims, before government agencies as well as state and federal courts. The candidate will work primarily with attorneys in our Technology, Manufacturing and Transportation business unit.

The ideal candidate will have excellent academic credentials, a commitment to the community, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure. The candidate should demonstrate exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action. Candidates must reside in California and have a California bar license.
