Littler Mendelson P.C. is seeking to hire an attorney with a minimum of 4 years of labor and employment law experience, including substantial wage and hour, PAGA, and class action experience, to join the Irvine office. The ideal candidate will have direct experience in class actions and collective and representative actions with data compilation and analysis, preparing and responding to discovery, drafting and/or opposing substantive motions (including motions for class certification, summary judgment, and early motions to strike or dismiss class allegations), depositions, and preparing cases for mediation. The candidate should possess excellent academic credentials. Outstanding writing skills are required. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in California.
