The ideal candidate will have two to four years of experience in handling employment litigation and have some experience in traditional labor law and counseling management clients. Wage and hour experience and managing cases independently is a plus. We pride ourselves in providing both formal and informal training, mentorship and hands-on experience by staffing our cases leanly and efficiently. Associates work directly with partners on matters and often have direct contact with clients.
