The successful applicant must:
– Have significant experience in wage and hour class action litigation
– Have significant experience in wage and hour compliance advice and counsel
– Possess familiarity with restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation and arbitration agreements
– Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization, writing, and analytical skills
– Be a member of the California bar (California bar membership is required).
