– Have at least one year of relevant patent prosecution experience in a biotechnology practice, along with an advanced degree, preferably a Ph.D., in a life sciences technology area.
– Possess excellent academic credentials and strong research, writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
– California and Patent bar membership (USPTO Registration Number) required.
