Position Summary
Burke, Williams & Sorensen’s Public Law Group has an immediate need for skilled and motivated attorneys with a minimum of 6 – 10 years’ experience advising public agencies in the areas of general municipal law, the Brown Act, conflicts of interest, public contracts, code enforcement, land use, and CEQA. The preferred candidate will have acted as an assistant or deputy city attorney, and will have regularly represented planning commissions or equivalent public bodies.
