About the Role:
Our General Liability Team manages a diverse range of cases, including Transportation and Trucking, Catastrophic Injuries, Premises Liability, Products Liability, Professional Liability, Insurance Fraud/SIU, Commercial and Residential Litigation, including Habitability matters. Associates work closely with lead attorneys daily, engaging in all phases of litigation—from case evaluation to discovery through trial —focusing on strategic thinking to achieve client goals. While skills in preparing pleadings, taking and defending depositions, and trial preparation are important, prior trial experience is not required.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of the case, including propounding and responding to discovery requests, as well as taking and defending depositions.
• Proactively manage communications with clients throughout the course of litigation.
• Timely and accurate reporting to our clients, ensuring compliance with their case management requirements.
• Opportunity to try cases, including learning from the firm’s ABOTA trial attorneys.

Qualifications and Prior Experience
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Active California Bar License and in good standing.
• 1 + years of litigation experience
• Exceptional communication and advocacy skills, both verbal and written.

Company Offers
• Salary Range $125,000-$170,000 + bonus. Salary is commensurate with experience.
