Position Summary
Walsworth is seeking an experienced trial attorney for our San Francisco, Orange County, or Los Angeles office with significant civil defense litigation experience and first-chair jury trial experience in the areas of general liability, product liability, and/or asbestos/toxic tort. We offer fully remote or hybrid work options. However, applicants must reside in California and be available to make in person appearances as needed.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ideal candidates can work independently without supervision, have sat first-chair on multiple jury trials, and have extensive experience conducting discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing and arguing motions, attending mediations or arbitrations, and preparing for trial. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
