Position Summary
The Sacramento office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 2-6 years of employment litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have experience handling California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases. Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting, and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Relocation assistance available. Must be admitted in California.

The yearly salary range for this position is $160,000 – $215,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Duties and Responsibilities
Managing California wage-hour class action claims and PAGA cases, involving tasks such as drafting and responding to discovery requests and initial pleadings, preparing, and presenting motions, as well as conducting and defending depositions.
