Position Summary
The Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate with 5-8 years of employment litigation experience to work on the firm’s PEO and staffing industry team. The team consists of over 40 lawyers across the country who specialize in the dynamic PEO and staffing industries. Experience with joint employer or multiple employer issues is desired, but not mandatory.

​The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 – $250,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Duties and Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in California.
