Position Summary:

Morgan Lewis, one of the world’s leading international law firms, seeks to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our Employee Benefits practice in our San Francisco office. This position may also reside in our Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles, New York, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Princeton, Silicon Valley and Washington, DC offices.

Job Requirements:

The successful applicant must:

– Possess strong skills in advising employee benefits/executive compensation issues in M&A transactions.
– Have experience in designing, drafting, and operating tax-qualified retirement, health and welfare plans, as well as nonqualified deferred compensation and equity compensation.
– Be experienced in Title I and ERISA fiduciary issues.
