The successful applicant must:

• Have at least four years of general corporate and mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Additional experience in securities and capital raising transactions, healthcare, technology, renewable energy, private equity and venture capital are beneficial although not required.
• Possess excellent academic credentials as well as strong organizational, research, writing, communication and analytical skills.
• Have an active California bar membership
