This position will report to the group’s Director, Deputy General Counsel, while working closely with the other members of the team up to the General Counsel.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will provide legal support for our SEC reporting, M&A initiatives, investor relations, Board and corporate governance, subsidiaries and equity plan compliance. You’ll have the opportunity to partner with the Corporate Development team to support acquisitions and other strategic transactions (including equity investments) and the SEC reporting and investor relations teams to support our SEC filings and financial reporting. You’ll also assist in the support for our Board and Committee meetings, and provide oversight over our domestic/foreign subsidiaries and create processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
