Our Los Angeles Corporate Practice is well-established, yet fast growing and dynamic, with opportunities to work on a variety of transactions for clients in diverse industries. Our practice focuses on complex transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, private equity, capital markets, governance and corporate finance. We work with clients in a wide variety of industries, including consumer products, financial services, healthcare, aerospace and defense, manufacturing and distribution, food and beverage, real estate investment trusts, and software and technology, among others.

Position Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Ideal candidates will have 5-8 years of experience with in general corporate practice with capital markets, securities, and mergers and acquisitions.

Seeking experience in public and private offerings of debt and equity, and ’34 Act periodic reporting for public companies, with experience in mergers and acquisitions being a significant plus.

Candidates should have day-to-day experience counseling public and private companies, including with respect to corporate governance matters. Candidates should possess a strong academic background, client management skills and superior drafting and negotiation skills.
