Ropers Majeski’s growing and dynamic litigation practice an opportunity for a highly-driven Business Litigation Associate with a minimum of two years of complex business litigation experience in state and federal court to join our San Jose, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities
Qualified candidates will have experience in fiduciary claims, director and officer claims, contract disputes, and intellectual property license and infringement claims, and will have the ability to handle complex litigation matters from inception to trial, including preparation of pleadings and briefs, managing discovery and depositions, analyzing professional liability coverage, and conducting legal research, analysis, and writing. The ideal candidate will also have an engineering degree or extensive semiconductor knowledge. Candidates will be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and e-discovery platforms, have excellent writing, research, negotiation, and communication skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and professional manner. CA Bar admission is required.
