Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies Attorney

Position Summary:

Allen Matkins is seeking an associate with 3 – 4 years of experience to join our expanding Bankruptcy, Receivership & Creditor Remedies team. The ideal candidate will have:

– Experience with commercial litigation, including creditors’ rights/remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, bankruptcy, and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
– Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
– Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
– AmLaw 200 firm experience preferred.
– Admission to the State Bar of California.

The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $215,000 to $230,000 per year. Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.\
