Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated attorney with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience working on the defense of employment matters, including class actions and PAGA claims. We offer fully remote or hybrid work options from our offices in Orange County, Los Angeles, or San Francisco. Applicants must reside in California and be available to make in-person appearances as needed.

The annual base salary for this position starts at $150,000 – $175,000 (Walsworth is not a lock-step firm. The exact amount of salary for this position is dependent on a variety of factors). In addition to base salary, Walsworth offers an additional bonus program ranging from $10,000 – $29,000, paid sick time, paid parental leave, medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401k.

Duties and Responsibilities
Ideal candidates can work independently with limited supervision and will have significant experience conducting discovery, taking depositions, preparing and arguing motions, and assisting with trial preparation. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California.
