About the job

Our Sacramento office is continuing to grow. We are currently looking to hire an Associate attorney with at least two full years of experience defending wage and hour class action cases and/or PAGA actions in California. Hybrid work arrangements will be considered.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and a starting salary will range from $150,000 to $215,000 depending on experience.

Duties and Responsibilities
Our firm’s PAGA defense practice is managed out of our Sacramento office and two of the partners in this office are the Northern California representatives for the Wage and Hour Defense Institute. There will also be opportunities to speak and publish on class action and PAGA issues.

Qualifications and Prior Experience
– 2 years of experience in wage and hour class action defense in California.
– Successful candidates will be highly motivated, possess excellent writing, analytical, and people skills, value a team environment, and will be prepared to work independently and assume significant responsibilities.
– Bilingual abilities are a plus.
