Summer School for In-House Counsel

This is the first in a series of programs to increase diversity of in-house counsel generally and in leadership positions. It specifically aims to support attorneys of color in their first five years working in-house (regardless of level). The series includes a combination of training, peer support and mentoring to secure attorneys in their current positions and improve their career outcomes. This first session will focus on identifying opportunities and steps needed to manage the transition in-house and positioning yourself for career advancement. Topics will include understanding key skills and knowledge needed, identifying skill gaps and career planning.
