The following are the current subcommittees which CMCP members can join and participate. We are considering creating additional subcommittees, so please check back. If you are interested in joining or finding out more about a subcommittee, contact us.

Annual Business Conference Planning Committee

This committee is responsible for CMCP’s signature event, the Annual Business Conference held in the fall. Committee members change annually after each year’s conference. Duties include identifying potential conference panel topics and speakers, recruiting speakers, taking responsibility for all aspects of a conference panel, helping to identify and managing speakers, publicizing the conference within and outside each member’s organization, and assisting with other parts of the conference as determined during the course of conference planning.

Committee members are profiled on CMCP’s conference website. Committee members must be able to participate in regularly scheduled conference committee calls and smaller working group meetings from January through the conference, and attend the full conference.

E-Newsletter Committee

This committee is responsible for writing and/or finding other CMCP member attorneys to write the content for the CMCP E-newsletter.

The committee meets only as needed, and most communication is by email.
