Amber Grayhorse has more than a decade of experience defending private and public organizations in employment and business disputes. She has substantial trial experience and has litigated numerous cases involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, employment torts and claims in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative and alternative dispute resolution forums.
Amber is also an experienced speaker/trainer on a variety of employment-related topics, including sexual harassment, record-keeping, and wage and hour laws. She also advises clients on an array of employment law and workplace issues, such as wage and hour, medical leaves, discrimination/harassment, drug test and background reports and discipline.
Prior to joining SANCHEZ & AMADOR, Amber was a senior associate with the national firm of Nossaman LLP and international firm of Fulbright & Jaworski LLP (now Norton Rose Fulbright). Amber also practiced complex business litigation and international arbitration in Madrid, Spain, with the Spanish law firm of Gomez Acebo & Pombo.
