Preeti Singh practices in the area of insurance coverage, principally focusing on the representation of insurers in connection with claims made under directors and officers liability, and professional liability policies. She has represented insurers in connection with securities fraud class actions, shareholder derivative actions, government investigations, antitrust claims, employment and discrimination claims, professional liability claims, and other actions brought against financial institutions, high technology companies, diversified conglomerates, and other Fortune 500 corporations and their management, including the IPO Allocation Litigation, Enron, options backdating, and subprime mortgage claims. In this regard, she also has developed considerable experience in the evaluation of risk in high exposure cases, as well as Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Preeti is an active member of the California Minority Counsel Program, and was a featured speaker at CMCP’s 23rd Annual Business Conference held in San Francisco. Preeti is admitted to the state bars of California and New York. Preeti graduated from the University of California, at Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, where she was a member of the Berkeley Journal of International Law, and a recipient of the S.K. Yee Scholarship.
